From Mario and Tracey ...
A warm welcome awaits you at The Plough. Mario, Tracey and the Team are now into our sixth year in the pub and what a journey it has been! We would like to thank all our customers for their continued support through all the ups and downs of these years and look forward to seeing you all again soon.
Our intention is to keep it as a traditional English, village pub, serving a wide range of real ales, ciders, lagers, wines with a selection of spirits - in fact, something for everyone! Good, home made pub food is served 6 days a week and on Sundays there is a choice of roasts. Pub games such as darts, crib, cards, Pool and dominos are also available,
The Plough is first recorded being used as a pub in 1851 and has been serving ales and more latterly food ever since. During World War II it was frequented by airmen from nearby Duxford airfield during their breaks between flying Spitfires and Hurricanes.
